Fostering the education of our children through funding, programs, and community service
The Haddon Heights Mini-Grant Program offers teachers the opportunity to design and implement innovative educational projects that will help to improve student achievement.
In this competitive grant program, grant applications will be evaluated using the following criteria: innovation, creativity, educational value, benefit to students, and clarity. Priority will be given to grant applications that focus on improving student achievement. Awards will range from $50 to $1,000 each and will be paid over several installments.
The Mini-Grant program is currently being revamped to ensure all bequests focus on innovation, creativity, educational value, benefit to students, and clarity.
Timing is as follows:
January 2018: New grant guidelines and program materials available
March 2018: Grant applications due
April 2018: Grant decisions process
May 2: Grant awards announced for 2018/2019 school year
